Banquo Role In Macbeth

Banquo’s unrecognized, but significant role in Macbeth Throughout the entirety of the play, Banquo is seen as a non-important, flat, and static character. Banquo’s purpose as a flat character in Macbeth is to be Macbeth’s foil throughout the play as a innocent and faultless person. To begin with, Banquo’s purpose of being a foil to Macbeth is to further show how brutal Macbeth has become as the plot progresses. This can be seen in Act
