Five reasons for a bankside visit
The Thames is the soul of the city of London; people from faraway destinations have one objective of being as close to Thames as possible. The area from the famous London Bridge to waterloo along the banks of the river Thames is one of the most gorgeous stretches which are beautiful and has a picturesque location, my friends at the park lane hotel used to be near this place for hours at stretch. The stretch is quite large and when you get immersed in the silence you will not come to know. There are varieties of activities on the banks people might feel it is a point of solitude but then there are places where you can sit and sip a hot cup of coffee, or merely sit by the river and stare at the crowd.
Flat iron square
This is the place one should visit whenever planning on a bankside visit, it is a new street food market which has come up on the block and is named as the flat iron square. Street food is what the place is quite famous for and it is just one month old and the best part is its placement as it is just a short walk away from the Borough market. Some of the famous theatres like the menier , the bunker they have exclusively showcased some of the best season’s plays and people have flocked to see them at these theaters then there is the southwark play house which also happens to be along this stretch. The Shakespeare Globe is one of the best treasures of the London’s artists and when this too is at a walkable distance the place is liked by the general public
