Danielle, I have never heard of the sport of bandy. I enjoy both soccer and hockey and would like to see a game. Looking up information about this sport, I have found that it is also compared to football in field size, number of players per side, and 45 minutes per half. The 1952 Oslo Winter Olympics was the only time that bandy was a demonstration sport and there is a push to actually have it become a sport in the Winter Olympics Program of the future ("Men’s bandy," n.d.). You have stirred my interest and I have watch videos of this sport. It is hockey with a ball, bigger goal, bigger ice surface, and more excitement.
