Machines in this class can be dangerous as well as challenging to use such as the band saw. A band saw is used for a free-hand cut which means you can cut in any direction, but the process of cutting with this machine can take time. One step for being safe is to wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from the dust from the wood you cut.
