Banana Bread Recipe

This process of freezing at least three to four ripe bananas is crucial because if you fail to follow through with this first step, you cannot bake the bread. After you have softened the butter in the microwave and defrost the bananas, you mix all of those ingredients together until creamy. This is critical not only because these are the ingredients that taste phenomenal, but also because this is the foundation of the dough. Next, you mix together two and a fourth cups of flour with a teaspoon of baking soda and salt. The dry ingredients must be mixed together prior to being blended with the wet mixture due to the fact that the baking soda and salt needs to be evenly distributed throughout the entire mixture. The importance of this comes when the bread is in the oven baking, in addition to the shape the bread keeps after being baked. Finally, you gradually blend the flour mixture into the moist dough until completely blended together. Topping it all off with a cup of blueberries lightly stirred into the blended
