The customers can choose unequal coat colours and patterns of pigs through their gene arrangement subsequently. Those pigs not only can be our pets, but also were fabricated as models for human disease by using a gene-editing tool --- TALENs. Geneticists make use of TALENs to disable genes inside the pigs. Therefore, Bama pigs only weight about 15 kilograms when they have grown up.
