Balancing School

This is actually my first year in college. I’ve been struggling to balance life, work and school at the same time due to lack of time. Stress cannot avoided when you are balancing life and school. However, there are actions you can take to reduce it. First, balance your time between school works and activities. These activities can be sports, social network, time with family and friends. Activities that can get your mind off stress from school. Second, try to avoid procrastination. I have become habituated to procrastination for the past years. It is best to avoid such a bad habit because doing things the last minute does not put your optimum effort effectively. I believe it is best to set goals for what you want to accomplish for each day
