Sitting in front of a computer screen makes my head hurt. It also allows me to become distracted easily. I think we should stick with the traditional classroom education. Coming to school forces me to get up and get ready every morning. I love getting up and coming to school because it keeps me in a routine. Learning in a classroom is the way I prefer to learn. This way I am interacting with people. I also learn better when I am doing hands on activities. My favorite part about being in a classroom is that I can talk to my teacher face to face instead of over email. If you have questions on a worksheet you can take it up to him/her and they can see your assignment and show you want you did wrong. These are all reasons I think we should continue to teach students in

Growing up, there was one product that I could not live without and this was chewing gum. I loved everything about it: the unwrapping of a new piece, the vibrant taste as you chew the fresh piece, and the challenge of stuffing the most amount of gum you could in your mouth to make the biggest bubble ever. This simple and ideal tradition is banned from most schools. If schools want students to feel comfortable, schools need to rethink their restriction. To begin, BBC News states that gum chewing increases brain function by making the heart beat faster, causing blood and nutrients to rush to the brain.…

Picture a classroom where students are not paying attention, tuning out the teacher and falling asleep. Not only are these kids losing precious opportunities to learn and expand their knowledge, they are failing to take chances that would help them achieve their future goals. Is this how a flourishing classroom should look like? Unfortunately, this is what happens every day in many schools all around the United States because kids are going to school drowsy and restless. Therefore, I believe schools should start later in the morning.…

On September 15th, 1935, Hitler passed a Law to help identified jews among his own people. So if the jews were caught they were starved and worked to death, but what would you do if that was your child in the United States’ schools? Well, the schools think that they can do that. Students need sugar to get through the day and even some people need it to keep a good blood sugar level, but “noooo” say the schools “you can’t have sugar it is too unhealthy and you will become obesity”, well that’s is 100% not true. So taking away sugar drinks and candy from students is like having a dictatorship in schools, So Schools could get extra funding by selling candy and sugary soft drinks to students, because the school gets more money, the students are happy by getting sugar goods, and it is been proven that sugar does not cause obesity a sedentary lifestyle does.…

vending machines or no vending machines I choose vending machines because why we need vending machines the cafeteria has really bad food and at breakfast is a rip off on money. On the other hand people are getting fatter so maybe put some protein bars in there. Clearly it could be a little expensive and this school is not getting enough money. We should have vending machines for something else than cafeteria food. If you don’t have breakfast you can take a snack out of the vending machine.…

It may not always be necessary, but at times it is better to be able to give up one thing, to make others better. Let’s look at school.…

Another reason teens have sex can be due to pressure from their surroundings. In a study conducted by the Kaiser Family Foundation, 48% of teens ages 12-17 reported they felt “a lot” of pressure to take part in sexual intercourse and/or do sexual acts. This pressure can come from a number of sources, but the biggest perpetrators are their fellow peers and the media. Mostly it is young men who feel a large pressure from their friends to have sex. While 23% of girls said they feel pressure to have sex, one third of the male subjects in the study said they felt a lot of pressure from their friends to have sex.…
