3 Types Of Drivers Essay

The three type or drivers are the safe drivers, the moderately safe drivers, and the dreaded and completely unsafe drivers. People like to think that they are good drivers but the truth is that there are way more people who are unsafe than there are safe. It is a proven fact based off of National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that men are more likely to be involved in a fatal car crash than women. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports also show that California, Texas, and Florida are the states with the most reported accidents. The first type of driver everyone is very cautious around which is the dangerous driver who has abused drugs and or alcohol and is clearly impaired. It can give people the freedom to come and go, and go wherever they want very conveniently. Abusing the driving privileges and being an unsafe driver can result in senseless accidents hurting themselves as well as others on the road. Knowing the different types of behavioral characteristics of unsafe and safe drivers on the road can help everyone be aware of what drivers to stay away from. It can also help them decide how to handle certain situations on the road in the best possible way. It can help everyone who drives make a conscious decision about what type of driver they would like to become after comparing with others. Which would be better, to be a driver who is known to be courteous, emotionally stable and not physically impaired or a driver that is rude, has road rage, and drinks before he or she gets into a car? The choice is up to them. How many people could handle a death on their shoulders if they chose to drink and then get into a car to drive which caused the accident?
