Bad Boy Entertainment’s origin run deep with Sean ‘Puff Daddy’ Combs as the head for 22-years of rap-oriented music. Sony music announced today--on October 5, 2015--that there is an exclusive partnership, which includes two forthcoming albums by Puff Daddy. Harve Pierre--who has been along with Bad Boy Entertainment since its inception in 1993--is included in this venture. This agreement is affecting the Bad Boy artists by covering labeling services (i.e. the four Ps (price, promotion, place, and packaging)).

L.A. Reid--chairman and CEO of the Sony Music label--mentioned in a previous statement that he and ‘Diddy’ Combs have been collaborating about music since the 1990s. During that moment in time, they both ran legitimate and independent
