In the book “Bad Boy” in chapter 5 is called bad boy. In chapter 5 George Myers, Walter’s real father, later moved to Harlem, but he consider the Deans his real family. Also in chapter 5 his Uncle Lee got out of prison. He had a habit of talking out the side of his mouth, it was so the screws, the prison guards. Walter had very little thing to do in the summer because he had his appendix taking out. In the summer he being to love baseball and the baseball stars like Jackie Robinson and Larry Doby, two black’s that played in the Negro Leagues. After the summer he went to a new school and it only took 3 days to get in trouble. Mrs. Conway, Walter’s 5th grade teacher, gave him a book to read called “East o’ Sun and West o’ Moon”.
