If you have a trampoline it is super good cardio and fun! But sometimes a trampoline can get boring if your only jumping, you want to learn on how to do a flip and your friends can but you can't. Read on for 4 EASY steps to learning a backflip. To start this off you need height, without good height it will be harder for your first time. So make SURE you can get a good amount of height for your first step. One of the most common mistakes is the use in the arms, I had this same mistake and see so many people doing this mistake. When you have enough height for the backflip before you start to do the flip swing your arms up to your head with your fists clenched. This makes the backflip so EASY for you to rotate.
