I remember my father always telling me not to wander off when I was little, it's because I would walk around the farm my Papa had without anyone’s knowledge. I would go into the cornfields and get lost, go see the cats or cows. However, going up into a loft so to say, is the barn was always my favorite. I would hide out for what seemed like hours to a four year old, but was really 30 minutes at most. I would sit up there and watch the cows, pigs, cats and chickens through the windows. I would always get so excited so I went down and tried to pet them. My father told me a story that he found me in the cow pen and started hyperventilating, but it turns out, the cows thought I was their baby. I would run around screaming and laughing as he was having a heart attack. I always felt normal when I was with animals like that. I always grew up knowing I wanted to do something with the animals or with nature. Correspondingly, these experiences led me to want a baby lion when I grow up, I always had …show more content…
If I make it into the top 10% my income will be around $93,450 which is ordinarily around $20,000 more than the average American person will make per year, at an average of $70,492. In the beginning the income might be low and through that much school, I might have to keep paying off college for many years but that’s worth it in my opinion.
Studying abroad would be a great way to travel and view these animals in their natural habitat. The majority of the population is only getting to witness exotic animals in a zoo or in books, but if I study abroad I will get to observe these animals first hand. Consequently, this will further my career because I would have an opportunity many people wouldn’t get. Study abroad is also a valuable way for me to learn other languages and this will help me communicate when talking to scientists from different countries or
