BP should be prepared to accept any criticism with regard to their wrongdoing and contribute their time and money into making it right again. They should make a public apology to people that they have affected and to their stakeholders, stating what their next course of actions are. BP should promote, implement and practice a code of ethics within the organisation; this can be lead through management and followed by all their employees. As BP is one of the most socially responsible companies globally they will want to maintain their good reputation. They should never go against what is socially acceptable and the right thing to do to protect the environmental balance.
