BLUF: Container Safe Convention

BLUF, the acronym (CSC) means Container Safe Convention (see, slide 6) each Brigade Commander has the command authority to appoint (DoD Civilian or Service Member) to validate the serviceability of containers (ISU-90, TRICON and QUADCON) http://www.ustranscom.mil/dtr/part-vi/dtr_part_vi_604.pdf (see, USTRANSCOM guidelines).

Below, Mrs. Garland (assigned to the LRC, FT Gordon) has provided me with the training link (see, website below) IOT successfully certify our personnel via an additional duty appointment. If anyone has additional questions regarding container management the SME is Mr. Leo Scott (POC info is provided below).
