BIG Event Leadership Experience

During my undergraduate career, I was a member of the BIG Event leadership team. I was assigned the task of coordinating all the travel plans and groups for the event day. We had over fifty placement sites and over eight hundred volunteers for the day of service. I had to coordinate with all of the sites and determine how many volunteers they needed, transportation needed, task being done, equipment needed, and food needed for the day. This task required me to keep multiple spreadsheets and data sets to keep everything on track and finished by set deadlines. I was able to work with new survey systems such as Qualtrics to help aid me in my desired goals. Overall I was able to situate most the students at locations that they had requested in
