I am interested in returning to BHSU Residence Life employment because this job has enabled me to gain a conscious sense of responsibility and also allowed me to growth into a more mature state of mind. I am interested in returning to sharpen my skills of patience, understanding, coping and working with different types of people. This job has allowed me to be indifferent, flower and bloom into a leader and role model that, looking back 6 months ago I’d never thought I’d be the strength of man I am now. Honestly, BHSU Residence life has a working atmosphere like no other job I have been in.
