Greetings,

With respect for your time, I’ll skip the preamble and just say that your job description rings some important bells, especially regarding your BEHAVIORAL PYRAMID model for building service and sales, hiring based on CULTURAL FIT, and using KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS to drive results by coaching positive behaviors.

I am a former District Manager (Regional Sales Director) for GNC, WITH AN IMPORTANT DISTINCTION. After ten years of success in the role, senior GNC leaders promoted me to company Training and Field Communications Manager, and four years later, to Senior Manager, Retail Training, Communications, and Store Operations. In those roles, I developed national training programs to build District Manager and Store Manager capabilities to accomplish the GNC equivalent of all the goals defined in the Market Manager job description.
