I have known Sun Jin Lee for five years as her Drama and Speech teacher in 8th grade and her US History and AP Environmental Science teacher in 11th grade. With less than 150 high school students at Mountainview, I am able to observe her in many different school environments including sports, lunch, school retreats, after school tutoring, class leadership and academics. Using my twelve years of classroom teaching as a baseline, I can easily place Sun Jin in the top 1% of students I have taught. Leadership Interview I recently had the opportunity of interviewing Mr. Maity who has more than ten years of experience in leadership positions within his organization. He started his career after grad school with a small non-profit research organization. His leadership abilities were quickly realized and he became a part of a large company as a Project Manager.
