Ayllon was born in 1475 in Toledo, Spain. He was the son of a judge, Judge Juan Ayllon. Ayllon’s father was the head of a noble and wealthy family of Toledo. Which most likely originated in the Segovia province.Ayllon was taught in civil law, believedly at the University of Salamanca.Ayllon was very fond of adventure.
