Ayden Case Study: Family Visit

Circumstance: Ayden will be available for visits with biological parents. Ms. Smalls (MHP) and Mrs. Wigfall (MHS) discuss family visit.
Action: MHS and MHP discuss Ayden’s DSS worker calling early this morning to set up a meeting with Ayden’s biological family. MHS expresses rushing to get Ayden ready to make the meeting on time. MHS report Ayden’s last family visit was almost three to four months ago, MHS explain court is schedule for September. MHP interacted with Ayden in his crib. Ayden was rolling around, sitting up on his own and moving his stuff toys around. Ayden responded to MHP interaction with a yell and pusing MHP hands away. MHS and MHP review the August medication log with the accuracy.
Plan: MHP will follow-up at schedule visit.
