First of all, if we do not popularize the recycle, here will be a big problem which is landfills. This kind of problem also was a very common problem, it was easy to implement with a very low cost, it just buried underground and hierarchical manner casing landfill waste. However, this solution is not the most perfect way, it seems like did not pollute the earth’s surface, but it did pollute the underground environment. The buried garbage did not do the harmless disposal, it still remnants of a large number of bacteria and viruses, and it also has the potential for heavy metal pollution risks. Environmental protection is a complex social problem, it also requires all sectors of society to participate in environmental protection, and jointly safeguard the survival and development of our homeland. However, as the current advertising propaganda of the mainstream media, to reflect its huge environmental awareness as well as relevant environmental measures on the community impact. The influence of advertising is undeniable, they were everywhere in our lives, we can watch them on television, look them on the leaflet or look them on the highway. Also the television environment protection commonweal advertisement is a kind of art, so that people watch and enjoy the process of advertising, as in art appreciation in the information dissemination process, and the people 's ideology has been influenced by such ads unknowingly had on the audience education (Peng, 2015). But it was not very effective for some people, because the environmental awareness is an individual thought, sometimes some people are no quality, their obstinate thought are also very difficult to change.
