Avocado Oil Vs Extra Virgin Oil

Decent Essays
Hello Amanda and thank you for your response.

I use margarine at times too, and have tried several different healthy oils; such as, avocado oil, coconut oil and olive. However, I will admit that my favorite by far is olive oil. Although there are several grades of olive oil to chose from, I personally prefer to use "extra virgin oil". I believe, the reason being is the overall quality and taste it gives anything I cook it with. Lastly, I noticed you mentioning that you cook with vegetable oil. What flavor of taste do you get when cooking with it? I'm curious.
