Although there are several grades of olive oil to chose from, I personally prefer to use "extra virgin oil". I believe, the reason being is the overall quality and taste it gives anything I cook it with. Lastly, I noticed you mentioning that you cook with vegetable oil. What flavor of taste do you get when cooking with it? I'm curious.
