Avianca is the Colombian national airline carrier, founded on December 5th, 1919, and is the second oldest airline in the world after KLM airlines. (Timothy, 2013) Avianca is a historical airline created by a group of people from Colombia and Germany and was registered under the name of SCADTA meaning Sociedad Colombo Alemana de Transporte Aereo in the city of Barranquilla. (Avianca, 2017b) Transportes Aereos Centroamericanos (TACA) was founded in 1931 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. (Avianca, 2017b) Moreover, Avianca is the largest airline based in Bogota, Colombia, and the second largest airline in Latin America. Hernan Rincon has been CEO of Avianca since April 2016. The bombing was on the order of Pablo Escobar who believed Cesar Gaviria Trujillo have was on Avianca Flight 203. The Avianca Flight was flying between Bogota and Cali, Colombia. After reaching 13,000 feet high in the sky, the flight exploded near Soacha one of the town, not far from the city. (Prendergast, 2001) An eyewitness, Mario Vasquez, “saw a plane exploded in the sky and the bodies and pieces of luggage were falling.” (Nytimes.com, 1989) Pablo Escobar missed his target since Cesar Gaviria Trujillo was not on the flight. The Colombian government must take action to pursue Pablo Escobar, for ten consecutive life sentences plus 45 years prison. (AwesomeStories.com, 2016) On the other hand, demand for Avianca falls because the terrorism put the bomb on the flight. This issues became international news, and most of the community around the world was aware of it. People decided that it was not a good idea to choose Avianca airlines. Because of the terrorist want to bomb the flight. This reason will make all community to worry about taking flight. Avianca organisation demand was fall in that period of
