Average Response Time Monitoring

Decent Essays
Looking at the average of my response time verse the time we received the monitoring report shows an average time monitoring report was sent is 7:20am, average response time of 8:49am, creating a response time of 1 hour and 29 minutes.

This is longer than I would prefer, nevertheless, I take additional time to research the delays and make queries of ramps when needed. A objective of mine is to have the morning report thoroughly accurate enough to display little to no variation on the afternoon update.

If I take out the Wednesdays with the bi-weekly conference and March 12th; an exception for me in which Hunt did not send the report until 8:34am on a Saturday, I had at that time already left the house with the family for a breakfast outing.

Review, 2011). Patients, on average, have to wait a standard of about 3 weeks for a scheduled time to see a doctor; and when the individual shows up, they will need to wait even longer (Harvard Business Review, 2011). The solution to this is to focus on cutting down the wait times and setting goals to do so. These organizations would need to be kept accountable by the use of online evaluation websites; this would encourage medical facilities to maintain customer fulfillment rankings as this would be connected to wait time (Stempniak, 2013). I think this would be a very valuable tool because so many people utilize evaluation sites; cars, restaurants and even apartments.…

My main focus for this week was to follow-up on projects that I was previously assigned and to update the management team on my progress. I was able to follow-up with all of the remaining sites as far as their stand still with the I-9 project. While taking on this project I have noticed that a lot of sites face the same issue, which is inconsistencies within their documentation/data. This is strange due to the fact that audits have taken place. This goes to show that there is room for error even when there are audits being done.…

Unless you mess something up big time, loose their trust, annoy them or suddenly stop offering them the insight and knowledge they're looking for, they'll keep reading what you have to say, buying your products, and checking out your recommendations. This is especially useful for inflating the value of your list to your JV circle. Watch what you mail very carefully though. One slip up or bad move and it could all be gone.…

Some of the factors that affect responsiveness as depicted in our textbook include “helping others to select your message, before anyone can listen to your message he or she must select it from other competing messages” (Beebe & Mottet, 2013, p. 87). Examples of getting others to select your messages include the ability of moving closer to the person you are speaking to, providing useful information during the conversation while ensuring that whatever we are talking about is close or in accordance to the other person’s beliefs. Helping others attend to your messages. As noted in out textbook, “make sense of the novel, make your conversation stand out or interested.
