Avengers Research Paper

If I had to describe The Avengers as either a group or a team, I would label us as a team. The level of cooperation, diversity of skills, group identity, as well as time and resources all play a part in coming to this decision. Teams have higher cooperation than groups, members with more diverse skills, a stronger identity than a group, and they take up more time and resources. We did build true teamwork. Our team had a very high level of cooperation. We were very flexible and open-minded. Our schedules were very hectic and possibly the worst thing about the group, but we found a way to make everything work whether it be group meetings, serving, or putting our presentation together.
We all came to the group with different skills. I was the organizer and the one that kept up with everything. Chris was the goof that helped us keep our cool. Nathan helped make sure everyone’s ideas were understood, Kellan helped gather all the information we needed, and Victoria set things up as well as kept everyone in the loop on activities we were doing together. We all had done different forms of service in the past, which gave us many different gateways and connections to different organizations. We took the title of The Avengers to heart. We included that name in all of our presentations and assignments. We used team language when we referred to each other based on the characters in the movie. Having the name gave us a sense of solidarity and made us unique from the other groups in the class. When our group first got together to get to know each other, we even included a question about what superpower each of us would want to reinforce the concept of us being the superhero group. I think it would be quite easy to figure out who was not in our group based off of how we interact when we are
