The tools of success were all at hand’s reach but,they were never used extensively and executed well- a self-statement realized when I graduated from high school-I, Alex Reyes, am now a full time college student who redefines successes. Moreno Valley City College, where I can work harder than ever and go to an even better university than the one I wanted to go to when was still in high school. Throughout my educational journey I have found much success when I would use “autonomy” but, I have had seen many failures and to cope I wouldredefine success and have seen failures because of my “Fix Mindset”.
Throughout my early years of education, the educators approach on teaching was very autonomy base(Autonomy is the aspiration to be self-directed-introducing me to many activity’s that shape my likes and interest). She would take a class andfail so, when the second time does around she would have an understanding of what is required, the difficulty, assignments and exams. Her philosophy on this method was if I can’t pass it the first time you bet she could pass it the second time. The student and have had to redefining success but that were the similarities end my change was meant to give me purpose once again in my education after high school- the purpose is to go to an even better university then I could imagine and in the time frame of two years- the girl that cox wrote about took this method of coping to the next level and to the point where I can agree with the student however, cox “students fear factor” I have gain many more helpful ways to cope . The anxiety was only what came with my failure and that failure came from my fix mind
