During high school years, it is necessary to take mathematics including geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and two years of algebra in order to be a successful auto-mechanic. Taking physics, chemistry, biology and computer programing or applications and of course staying fit is required to do many things. Automotive Technicians must attend 4 years of college too in order to get a bachelor's degree.
