Goal: Parent will learn skills to effectively manage autism symptoms for a 45 day period.

Intervention: MHS begun the session with a check back from the last session. MHS asked the client's mother about the client's behavior since the last session. His mother informed the MHS that his behavior has been out of control. The client’s mother said she missed his doctor’s appointment and he has been out of meds for two weeks. The client’s mother informed the MHS that he really needs his meds, because he is misbehaving at school and at home. MHS informed the client’s mother that she should develop a regular routine for the day including a set times for meals, activities and sleep.
