Effective and authentic leadership is a key component to the success of any organization. The organization I currently work for just became restructured and changed/shifted several leadership positions. The changes were not because people were doing a bad job, but because the vision, mission, and purpose needed to be redefined. Thus, leaders were shifted to fit the new structure according to the needs of the organization.
