I will be talking about Australia Post and Ford and answering question on both companies. Australia Post the newspaper company that’s been along for more than eleven years and then ford and how both companies use new technology to grow the companies. I will be answering multiply question on both companies. One thing like how they got to where they are with technology and how there are competing on a global field thanks to the cutting edge technology they have in their hands on a daily basics. Australia Post was able to cut there price due to system change and up there productive which allows the whole company to grow and become the top at what they do there completion is The United States Postal Service ,Japan Post and Korea Post. Ford completion Volkswagen, Toyota, Daimler and General Motors. By achieving these results what was there effect on each company’s global competitive. Australia Post was able to achieve their goal of being one of the top five in their field and making the company up to date and equipped with new technology and have their company running smoothly and competing on a global field. Ford was able to speed up there process of crash simulations with technology that help they do thing that would take century if not year and a matter of minutes. Then there the ability to change thing on project without have to start all over from the begging the can just change something on the computer other then have to write it all over from scratch on paper.
