Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to complete the August Basic Control Initiative (BCI), I have attached the Basic control initiative along with 222 policy and 6”R’s which was reviewed during the visit.
Please review some other observations below.

Profitability:
Observation: Multiple items in the Pharmacy were missing store use stickers.
Solution: Please review store use process with Leadership team and Pharmacy staff members. To ensure that the policy is being followed.

Safety:
Observation: There were many old fluorescent light bulbs found. Fluorescent light bulbs contain mercury, which could be released if the light bulb gets broken, which in turn can possibly cause heath issue
Solution: Please open a ticket with Stretch
