Audrey And Debbie Hewins Abduction Stories

Superior Essays
Since the late 1950s, there have been millions of claims from people worldwide of being abducted by aliens. In each case presented, there is a lack of evidence and memory. Many of the abductees stories have similarities such as seeing lights, taken aboard a ship where a series of tests were performed, and found in the woods. The only way many are able to retrieve their memories is by undergoing hypnosis. Are the abductees stories true and prove we are not alone in this world or is it simply a hoax and a cry for attention?

An episode of Monsters and Mysteries in America, “Massachusetts”, reports the abduction of two twin girls named Audrey and Debbie Hewins. Audrey and Debbie claimed to have been abducted for the first time at the age of five.

An article from The Mirror, “The woman abducted by aliens ‘more times than she can count’ during her lifetime” states how she was abducted by creatures from another world. She claims that her first encounter was when she was five and was playing in a field behind her home. Suddenly, there was a reptilian alien with scaly skin, black holes on their nose, little mouth, and maybe five feet tall appeared in front of her. It grabbed her by the arms and pulled towards a disc, eventually took her in the disc to examine. Hilary does not believe this was her first encounter with the aliens because when she was two she kept disappearing from a secure back yard and found miles away. After being abducted, Hilary claims that she suffers migraines, feels very ill, has fresh scars or bruises, and there are bloody marks or stains on her clothes or bed sheets.

Hilary has even claimed that the aliens placed a metal implant in her ear. She did however have her doctor examine it, who believed it was wax. Why didn’t she have the metal implant in her ear removed and examined? Instead, she allowed her partner to use a monitor that detects bugging devices to see if what is in her ear is a spying

In order to help the abductees recover memories, they undergo hypnosis or attend a support group. Hypnosis is not actually the abductees memories resurfacing. Although the abductees claim that the events happened, they are actually recalling memories that were implanted by the hypnosisist. While no scientific evidence has been presented, society believes these people are just experiencing psychological problems. The media such as the news, tv shows, movies, and books are providing people with the idea that we are not alone in this world. Some often mistake simple things for alien evidence such as mistaking military planes as alien spacecraft or areas that are off limits as the military trying to cover up something such as Area

Area 51 is, by far, one of the most secretive places in the world, but what could it be that the government wants to hide?
