Thesis: Every college student deals with stress. Stress cannot be avoided, it is a normal part of our life. It is important to know what stress is, causes of stress and what are ways to control stress.
I. Attention Getter: I am sure we all have experienced the feeling of sweaty hands, followed by a fasten heart rate, chest pain, an upset stomach and butterflies. Symptoms similar to a common cold. Feeling as there is not enough time to get everything done in time. Does anyone know what the feeling is? The feeling is stress.
II. Preview/Thesis: Stress cannot be avoided, it is a normal part of our life. It is important to know what stress is, the causes of stress and what are ways to control it. Today I will be talking about these three points.
III. Why listen to you: Stress is really common among college students, as a college student myself, I know how it is to be stressed and how it can affect the ways we function. I have done my research over this topic.
