In a general group, there are usually several different learning types among the group. For example, I am a very visual and reading/writing learner. I learn best when something is written out for me to see. However, my brother Will is a very kinesthetic learner, who learns by seeing and trying things for himself. If a speaker was writing a speech for my brother and I, he or she may want to consider adding in visual elements and demonstrations.
