The ability to balance the relationship between the Army’s four fields of expertise (Military-Technical Expertise, Human development Expertise, Moral-Ethical Expertise, and Political-Cultural Expertise), the five key attributes of the profession (expertise, trust, development, values, service), and the current and potential operational environments can be difficult when engaging the needs of the Nation which could potentially have long term effects on the Army’s overall climate. By meeting rapid global changes, HR professionals serve as advisors guiding an organization’s readiness for mobilization and playing an active role in the planning and execution of various procedures. HR Sergeants are capable of injecting objective solutions and guidance based on mission needs, are involved in organization functions and processes while performing those traditional administrative practices, and are able to manage a large spectrum of efficiencies and maneuvers from a diverse customer base.
