I have been attending private schools throughout my life. I have seen the girls wearing high heels to step on another girl, I have seen a group of seniors beating a freshman at a corner, and the worst I have seen, is one of my friend and classmate who had suffered from school bullies, jumped out from the fifth floor…

Body
I. Problem
A. According to National Bullying Prevention Center. Almost one out of every four students report being bullied during the school year. And at the same time these 30 percent bullied students often are experiencing cyberbullying, disabilities, even suicidal intentions.
B. A book published on 2015 Children and youth services review wrote by William Nugent gives us the conclusion that students who bully others, are bullied, or witness bullying are more likely to report high levels of suicide-related behavior.
C. I have browsed many government and school sponsored websites, such as StopBullying.gov, National Bullying Prevention Center, etc. No surprise that bullying is a problem that government, organizations, and schools all want to prevent. However, what I find out is that they mostly emphasis on how to set strict rules and punishments for those bullies, not to educate bullies to right behaviors.
