Attend Rotary club meetings as a guest to build stronger relationships with general and board members. During meetings, inform them of ACAI's upcoming events and remind them that we are offering them discount rates.
Throughout summer school sessions, continue to contact staff at local elementary and middle schools for partnerships and advertise the summer clay camps.
Continue building a strong relationship with surrounding businesses.
Finalize plans and host the event of unveiling ACAI's improved building, which will have an opening speech, unveiling of the new signage, indoor tours, ceramic demonstrations, and free food.
Evaluation of social media, promotional events, and membership changes. Readjust strategies and tactics according to results
