Attached is a recorded conversation between my immediate supervisor, David Seltzer and I am discussing the illegalities of my misclassification. Chris you wisely said that I want to be as prepared as possible before the situation unfolds rather than after. Sebastian thank you for taking my call and providing me with your thoughtful advice. You thought going to the authorities ahead time would help the case, however, I believe Rick Kabra, CEO and Owner of Cosmolex is extremely concerned with the public image of Cosmolex and that's going to the authorities ahead of time could possibly compromise any non disclosed out of court agreements. He would be probably be more with a concern with the publicity of the matter rather than what the authorities
