Before I finish college I hope to take some sort of creative writing class as I feel as I haven’t given that opportunity much in recent years amidst constant essays on topic that I do not care about. As a writer I believe my biggest strength is that when I start writing I can keep writing almost until I have run out of things to write about or am interrupted for some reason. I also feel as though I’m very good at writing about things I am passionate about and if I care about a topic you will be able to clearly tell when reading what I wrote.…

GW: I entered the second term of my presidency with a different outlook than before. I am grateful that the American people feel that I performed my duties well enough my first term that they would unanimously re-elect me as president. While I am very grateful for my re-election, and would have been disappointed with myself had I not been re-elected due to a poor first term, I can not say that I am enthusiastic to be serving another term. In my letter to Henry Lee on January 20, 1793, I wrote that “for however it might savour of affectation in the opinion of the world… my particular, and confidential friends well know, that it was after a long and painful conflict in my own breast… it being my fixed determination to return to the walks of private…

I have been dating David for almost two years (June 20th), and just like any normal couple we have experienced a few bumps in the road. I am stubborn about things just as most women are, and he can be as well about certain things. Ours is one of the longest relationships I have been in…

    Letter To Daddy

The poem “A Letter to Daddy” is written in a letter format, composed by a faithful son with a kind heart that yearns to see his father again. The boy describes how well he is currently living in the Scout camp during the Holocaust. The tone of the story consistently stays happy, despite the unfortunate fate he’s most likely headed to, along with his mother. Although the way the boy writes to his father remains strong and positive, it still made me feel downcast. Jewish people were treated as an outcast to society, and the boy was so appreciative of what he has, even through this dreadful experience.…
