The detonation of a single nuclear bomb or “warhead” would cause a local disaster on a scale that few people in the world have ever seen. If many nuclear bombs was to explode it would cause the end of civilization in countries as well as radioactive contamination to terrible damage to the environment and ecology. If there was a person insane enough to launch a nuclear bomb on America and we was to hear about it before it was to hit we would launch a counterattack on that country. If other countries learned about the phenomena they may launch a bomb to thinking a nuclear war was rising. If the bomb was to be launched in the air above a certain state and detonated at two thousand and five hundred meters, the impact would be quick and cause maximum blast effects. The first thing that would happen is there would be a bright flash of light, like lightening but a thousand times brighter. Anyone who was to look at the light or in that general direction at that time would be temporally or permanently blinded. People in a radius of three kilometers would instantly die, and people in eight kilometers fifty percent of them would die. The next thing that would follow would be a bright, fast pulsing radiation blast lethal at three kilometers, blowing windows out for a fourteen kilometer radius sending shards of glass slicing through the air. The blast would be so hot that anyone in a fifteen kilometer …show more content…
If you was in your house when the bomb was to go off the first reaction would be to jump in a cast iron tub or head to the basement to dodge the radiation blast from the bomb. Once you have waited out the bomb climb out of your temporary shelter and run to the nearest sturdy shelter such as a library or concrete building. The longer you stay outside the higher your radiation does would be. Don’t spend too much time outside. Gather all can food you had in the house and bottled water. Put on clothes layered so the radiation cannot get on your skin and burn
