With only three weeks left of the semester, I anxiously wait for a break. The last day of finals set on May fifth and the twelve-week summer work program starting on May twenty-second means I have two weeks to spend at home with my family. I do not have any exciting summer trips planned, but I scheduled my surgery to take out my wisdom teeth on May eighth. I do not look forward to the surgery, but I will have time to recover.
Honestly, I hoped to avoid the surgery because my mom never had the surgery and she has not had any problems from her teeth. At this point, I thought I had avoided the surgery until I went to the dentist for my free cleaning and Dr. Kapuska claimed: “Looks like you have your wisdom teeth. You have two on the top and two
