The Constitution of Athletic Ville

We the people of Athletic Ville want to create a peaceful and equal government. A government is the system by which a state or community is controlled and is known as a group of people that exercise executive authority in a state. We the people want freedom and ability to do or say what we want without it causing trouble with whom. This is why the constitution of Athletic Ville will have 3 branches of government, the legislative branch who creates laws, the executive branch who enforces the laws and the judicial branch on who will interpret the laws.

Legislative Branch - The legislative branch will have a a senate from the 30 states of Athletic Ville who will announce a law from the public voting.

There will be NO JURY, because of jury being random people who know nothing about the law and lastly, the court will be private and not public.

Government powers- The government is the system by which a state or community is controlled. The government of Athletic Ville will be able to do the following, arrest people who do not have permission for a weapon, print money for the public, provide an army and navy, collect taxes, and create roadways.

Freedom- The freedom and rights that the public of athletic ville will have are the following, minimum wage to be at least $10.00 an hour and more jobs accepting people with diplomas and not just college degrees. The public of athletic ville will also will have college free with kids who have a gpa of 3.5 or higher. There will be no human trafficking or any minor getting sentenced to life in prison or guns sold to people who just have the money for the weapon and not an actual reason or evidence that they really need a weapon. There's lot's of children who suffer from obesity so, every school and recreational centers of athletic ville will have ALL athletic teams to be FREE! Equality is a big thought in athletic ville, and so same sex marriage would be allowed, third gender recognition will be allowed because of changing who you wanna be is a way of freedom of speech. In the continent of athletic ville voting registration will be 16 years of age and older, health care will be free to everyone including homeless people. In the medical field, all hospitals of athletic ville will legalize medical marijuana to cure the public. Last but not least, there will absolutely be NO sentenced to the death penalty and drinking would only be allowed to people with 21 years of age and
