A great Athletic Training Student needs to be trustworthy, communicate and be able to listen and understand. You need to be able to empathize. People should feel comfortable and trusting of you.I want to Interested in pursuing a career in the Sports Medicine world, as an athlete trainer.I can contribute to all those needs. I believe it would give a great opportunity to start learning and getting experience now.It also gives me a chance to be apart of helping Hoover athletes because they are a representation of our high school. I would love being able to contribute in a helpful way to my school and fellow peers. As a student aide I have strengths that can benefit to the program. I am trustworthy person knowing that I can keep things confidential. Personal information on medical conditions or anything else that shouldn't be brought about to others knowledge. When situations occurs I want to be the one who stays calm at all times. Trying to go about fixing it or keeping everything in tact so everyone is in a good state of mind. I know a lot about the sport of football so that can also make others comfortable knowing that I do understand the game and can comprehend. Another trait that I believe sets me apart from others is I have respect for all athletes. Even though it is high school sports I believe every athlete contributes and works hard. It is not an easy task. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication.You see and learn to understand that they have a passion and like to play the sport. This urges me to want to be able help them continue to do what they enjoy and love to do. I know I will enjoy this not just as something temporary but beneficial for the future that can be used for my career.
