Athletes Need To Drink Enough Water

Everyday in life one learns a pristine lesson. Whether it was insignificant, not as major, or large, acutely overriding. As an illustration, athletes need to drink plenty of water. Not just pints, gallons. When one does not drink enough water, one becomes dehydrated and injuries can occur: muscle cramps, lightheadedness, vomiting, passing out, back or joint ache, constipation and the list continues. You find how much water you need to drink by multiplying your weight times .31 for girls and .35 for boys. Speaking about this, a 132 pound woman needs to drink at least 41 ounces of water a day. I, being the same weight drink no where close to this amount. I consume around 16 to 32 ounces of water and sometimes zero ounces. Obviously, athletes
