Athlete Warehouse Case Study
The evaluation of this case study has identified that the two brothers are the stakeholders. They planned to start selling athletic equipment again after the closure of their initial store. The reason to put a new store may be that they have acquired ideas from their initial trial. The study of their case has revealed many Strengths- Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats having the acronym (SWOT) as existed in every organization.
The Strengths
(a) They have already contacts with suppliers due to the past store they have operated. (b) the economic growth which has improved, i.e. from 13 percent to 2.9 percent which reduced the annual inflation rate allowing average family in Grand Falls to earn about 24,432 dollars.
