At one I started school, I recall how the sport teacher established and expected students to sign up for one. It was sort of forcing me into a leadership role. In my Eleven plus years of servicing in
Army, I have had numerous leadership roles. It started in Basic Training as class leader then in AIT as platoon sergeant after my graduation I assigned to Special Forces play as key leader combat interpreter some I have sought out and applied and offered and suggested to me.
With that, it sparked new interest for me to pursue a leadership and inspire from my superior.
The leadership roles that I’ve held were in a lot of brigades and Battalions. I have served on various Leadership Battalions as instructor and master fitness trainer and linguist. I’m the only one who responsible for a whole battalion for two years couching and preparing and conducting Physical Training, and also served as the primary linguist
In many branches in Army and military for eleven years. While at the Army, the battalion nominated me to represent them for Best warrior competition.
For me what leadership means to me, I feel that I need to define it Effective leadership is getting other Soldiers motivated enough to follow your lead. Someone who wants to lead might feel that they have something to offer that may better a situation. It is this offering that drives and stimulates the desire to lead.
