Realist – a person who tends to view or represent things as they really are and deal with it in a practical manner.1

Note: If you’re an atheist you may be summarily dismissed by theists. They believe they have you figured out, categorized, and know all of your angles. As a Realist, when they ask you, ‘Are you atheist?’ you can say, ‘No, I am not an atheist, I just don’t believe in magic’.
Anyone can become a Realist. If you believe magic is not real then you can be a Realist. Deists can call themselves Realists, and even atheists who no longer want their identity tied to theists can identify themselves as Realists.
