These goals and activities are vital to the Human Resource department’s functional area. We strive to meet employee satisfaction and find ways to boost morale making retaining existing employees one of our top priorities. If it wasn’t one of our top priorities, we would bring in new employees and they will leave before we implemented a plan for retaining existing employees.

These goals are imperative to the planning and decision making processes, as planning for new employees and employee retention is seeking to strengthen the company therefore planning for the future and by having processes for hiring employees with the help of HR for the process itself plus their help with pre interviews this will help with the decision making process.
