Today was an exciting day because of my culture. Our traditional Asure day. Asure is a special dessert cooked ones a year within Asure month in Turkey. This traditional dessert originated from a very popular story or a legend about Noah and his ark. I woke up at 9 o’clock in the morning. My family and I had a breakfast. Later on, I started to make an Asure. This beautiful dessert takes 5 to 6 hours to make it. Asure made in large quantities and shared with friends and neighbors. Though the ingredients list is pretty rich. There is no specific description of Asure It should consist of at least 7 items to 41 items.
I took all the ingredients out and I put it on the kitchen counter. I have to use different kind ingredients

Many of my older colleagues recalled stories of him being a lively spirit that everyone loved. Although I did not personally know him, it made me realize that anyone can be affected and harmed.…
